For buyers

Find a business that fits your goals and resources.

A structured acquisition search with opportunity review, financing coordination, negotiations, and professional due-diligence support.

Acquisition financing

Financing strategy that creates more ways to close.

Financing preparation can strengthen a listing before it reaches the market and help a qualified buyer build a practical capital structure for the acquisition.

01

For business sellers

We help owners organize financials and transaction materials for an independent SBA lender’s preliminary review. When a business is SBA prequalified, more buyers may be able to consider it with lender financing—materially expanding the potential buyer pool and improving the path to closing.

For business buyers

We coordinate with dozens of direct lenders and financing brokers to help qualified buyers evaluate structured financing for acquisitions from $50,000 to tens of millions of dollars. Depending on the buyer and the transaction, the structure may include SBA, conventional, unsecured, seller or other independent financing sources.

$50K to multi-million-dollar transactions

Biz4Deal, Alexey Gerasimov, Florida Buy and Sell LLC, and Pellego, Inc. are not lenders and do not make credit decisions. SBA prequalification is not a loan approval and does not guarantee a sale. For SBA applications under the rule effective March 1, 2026, all direct and indirect owners must satisfy current SBA citizenship, nationality and principal-residence requirements. Every program, rate, term and approval is determined by the independent lender’s underwriting and current rules.

International buyers

Business acquisitions for international entrepreneurs.

We help identify operating businesses that an independent immigration attorney may evaluate in connection with an E-2, L-1, or EB-5 strategy.

USD

Acquisition searches from $100,000

For international buyers, we can build a search around acquisition budgets starting at $100,000. A qualifying operating business may support an immigration strategy and provide U.S.-dollar cash flow, but neither visa approval nor business income is guaranteed.

Common questions

What should sellers and buyers know first?

Last reviewed August 1, 2026

What does a business broker do?

A business broker helps owners prepare and market a business confidentially, screen prospective buyers, coordinate offers and due diligence, and support the transaction through closing. The broker does not replace a CPA, attorney, lender, or immigration counsel.

How do I prepare a Florida or California business for sale?

Preparation typically includes reviewing financial records, normalizing seller’s discretionary earnings, identifying transferable assets and contracts, documenting operations, evaluating market positioning, and establishing a confidential buyer-screening process.

Can a business acquisition support an E-2, L-1, or EB-5 strategy?

An operating business may be evaluated as part of an immigration strategy, but eligibility depends on the investor, transaction, business plan, capital, job creation, and current immigration rules. An independent immigration attorney must make that assessment.

Can buyers use SBA or unsecured financing?

Under the SBA rule effective March 1, 2026, 100% of direct and indirect owners must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals with principal residence in the United States or its territories. Some green-card holders and work-authorized buyers may instead explore independent unsecured programs with possible five- or seven-year terms. Rates, terms, and approval are never guaranteed.
