BBF · Florida

2,000+ Florida businesses. One focused search.

BBF is a professional business-broker community, not a public consumer marketplace. A participating broker is required to begin a search and access appropriately disclosed association listings. The network has recently included more than 2,000 active Florida businesses, with asking prices from $50,000 to $100,000,000. Alexey can filter the available market by industry, county, budget, cash flow, financing, and immigration criteria.

Acquisition financing

Prepare early. Know your options.

We help organize the transaction for lender review and can introduce qualified buyers to independent financing providers.

01

SBA financing

For applications submitted under the SBA rule effective March 1, 2026, all direct and indirect owners must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals whose principal residence is in the United States or its territories. We coordinate preliminary lender readiness and introductions to Banesco USA; prequalification is not a loan approval.

02

Unsecured options

For some green-card holders and buyers with valid work authorization who do not meet the current SBA ownership rule, we can introduce independent lenders that may consider unsecured acquisition financing with five- or seven-year terms. APR and every other term depend on underwriting and current market conditions.

Preferred Funding Group

Biz4Deal, Alexey Gerasimov, Florida Buy and Sell LLC, and Pellego, Inc. are not lenders and do not make credit decisions. Financing is subject to independent lender underwriting, eligibility, terms, and final approval.

International buyers

Business acquisitions for international entrepreneurs.

We help identify operating businesses that an independent immigration attorney may evaluate in connection with an E-2, L-1, or EB-5 strategy.

USD

Acquisition searches from $100,000

For international buyers, we can build a search around acquisition budgets starting at $100,000. A qualifying operating business may support an immigration strategy and provide U.S.-dollar cash flow, but neither visa approval nor business income is guaranteed.

Common questions

What should sellers and buyers know first?

Last reviewed August 1, 2026

What does a business broker do?

A business broker helps owners prepare and market a business confidentially, screen prospective buyers, coordinate offers and due diligence, and support the transaction through closing. The broker does not replace a CPA, attorney, lender, or immigration counsel.

How do I prepare a Florida or California business for sale?

Preparation typically includes reviewing financial records, normalizing seller’s discretionary earnings, identifying transferable assets and contracts, documenting operations, evaluating market positioning, and establishing a confidential buyer-screening process.

Can a business acquisition support an E-2, L-1, or EB-5 strategy?

An operating business may be evaluated as part of an immigration strategy, but eligibility depends on the investor, transaction, business plan, capital, job creation, and current immigration rules. An independent immigration attorney must make that assessment.

Can buyers use SBA or unsecured financing?

Under the SBA rule effective March 1, 2026, 100% of direct and indirect owners must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals with principal residence in the United States or its territories. Some green-card holders and work-authorized buyers may instead explore independent unsecured programs with possible five- or seven-year terms. Rates, terms, and approval are never guaranteed.
